Common questions

Is the mileage unlimited?

Monthly memberships include a mileage allowance you choose (from 200 up to 3,000 miles per month), and you can raise your plan any time to add miles. Daily rentals are billed at daily and weekly rates. Your exact allowance is shown before you book.

Can international students rent?

Yes. We rent to students, new arrivals, and visitors. A foreign or international driver's license is accepted, and identity is verified securely during signup. You do not need US credit history to rent.

Do I need my own insurance?

Yes. You must carry valid auto insurance that is primary during the rental, covering liability, damage to the vehicle, and injury or property damage to others. You can add your policy in your account, and staff verify it before pickup. You remain responsible for any deductibles or amounts your insurer does not pay.

Can I pay with a debit card?

Yes, debit cards are accepted. A 3.9% processing fee is added to credit and debit card payments (there is no fee for cash or Zelle). The security deposit is $250 on a credit card and $350 on a debit card.

Do you offer airport pickup?

Airport pickup, delivery, and return are available when arranged in advance at the time of booking, subject to availability and any airport surcharge. Just ask when you reserve.

How much is the security deposit?

A refundable deposit is held for the rental: $250 with a credit card (or verified bank account) and $350 with a debit card. It covers any damage, late, or refueling charges, and is returned after the vehicle comes back in good condition.

How does approval work?

After you reserve, our team reviews your booking and calls you before anything is charged. Monthly memberships also run a background check. Once you are approved, the first payment and deposit are collected and you sign the rental agreement online.
