Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, submitting a request, or renting a vehicle, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and hold a current, valid driver license. Licenses issued outside the United States may be accepted, subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements.
• You must complete identity verification, and for monthly memberships, a driving-history review.
• Approval is at our discretion after staff review. We review the whole application rather than applying a single hard cutoff, but we do not guarantee approval.

3. Our services

• Student Rent A Car offers monthly car memberships with mileage-based pricing. Insurance, routine maintenance, and roadside assistance are included as described at booking.
• BasCar Rentals offers daily and weekly rentals.

4. Applications, approval, and the staff call

When you submit a request, we may run identity and, for memberships, background/driving checks. A staff member reviews your application and may contact you before approving it. We charge your payment method only after your request is approved.

5. Payments and billing

• You add a payment method (card, Apple/Google Pay, or bank account) that is stored securely by our payment processor.
• On approval of a monthly membership, we charge your first month plus any deposit. Monthly rent then recurs each cycle for the length of your term.
• Daily rentals are priced by the day or week and collected as described at booking.
• You authorize these charges to your payment method on file. We send a receipt for each charge.

6. Insurance and your responsibility

Coverage details are provided at booking. You are responsible for operating the vehicle safely and lawfully, for any tolls, tickets, or citations you incur, and for damage or loss beyond what any included coverage addresses.

7. Use of the vehicle

You agree not to use the vehicle for unlawful purposes, to sublease it, to drive under the influence, or to take it outside the permitted area.

8. Cancellation, returns, and extensions

You may cancel a request before it is approved. Returns follow the inspection and final-billing process described at pickup. You may request an extension, subject to availability and approval.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sai Priya LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you.
